The following returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Amberly.in.
- An item may be eligible for return within 15 days if it fulfil one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description on the product detail page on Amberly.in
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy the refund will be processed.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
- Customer shall arrange to send the shipment back to Amberly.
- Amberly will refund upto Rs.70 for shipment to customer on successful return of the package.
