The following returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Amberly.in within India.
- An item may be eligible for return if it fulfil one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is different from its description on the product detail page on Amberly.in
- Inform Amberly team at email@example.com or WhatsApp number +918860109109 in the first 24 hour after receiving the product for Return.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.
- In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered or incorrect size.
- Once the product is returned to our address, under our return policy the refund will be processed.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
- Customer shall arrange to send the shipment back to Amberly at following Address.
